GETTING STARTED
Ready to share your story with the world? First things first, please familiarize yourself with our submission and publishing guidelines to see if we're a good fit; we want to make sure that Night Heron Media will be a great home for your work, and we're sure you do, too.
WHAT WE PUBLISH
Night Heron Media publishes a limited range of titles each year. With that said, our editorial team is always looking for high-quality fiction, non-fiction, and poetry that is in line with our mission: to educate and entertain Texans about our culture, history, art and lifestyle. There are no restrictions to the specific genres of written work we publish--as long as the manuscript is relevant to our mission, we want to see them! In addition, we are happy to receive unsolicited manuscripts from both new and previously unpublished authors.
To get a better idea of the kinds of work we typically publish, we highly recommend that you view our online store to see the various titles we've worked with.
